Design and project management

We carry out or project-manage all aspects of the work. We will:

Design the earthworks, roading and services
Coordinate, manage and monitor or observe the process of installing services and constructing roading
Tender and administer civil construction contracts to NZS3910
Certify that work has been carried out to Council standards

We work closely with local authorities to make sure the work is done correctly. We’re one of only a few land development consultancies in the region that can certify that work has been carried out to Council’s exacting standards.

Infrastructure reporting & design

We are experienced in reporting on, designing and managing water, stormwater and wastewater infrastructure projects, and provide these services to both private developers and asset managers.

Stormwater solutions

We provide stormwater management solutions to local authorities and private clients. Our stormwater services include:

Catchment analysis, runoff calculations and pipe sizing
Culvert design
Detention tanks and ponds

Roading

We can design the roading for your project, including:

Pavements
Carparking layout

We’ll manage all aspects of the project, including stormwater management, pavement design, access and egress issues and carparking layout.

Earthworks

We can design and manage a range of earthwork projects, including:

Creating drive-on access to a site
Creating building platforms
Formation of a cleanfill
Large-scale subdivisions
Bulk earthworks

We also set out and monitor earthworks progress, calculate volumes for progress payments, and provide asbuilt plans to the local council.

Infrastructure renewals

We design and manage a range of infrastructure renewal projects, including:

Stormwater, water supply and wastewater investigation and design of piped networks
Wastewater and stormwater pump station design
Open watercourses / stream realignments

We work closely with local authorities on a range of infrastructure renewal projects and extensions.
