Hutt City Council Administration Building and Event Centre

Our land surveyors carried out a topographical (site) survey, accurately locating existing buildings, vegetation, driveways and other features on the entire site. We’ve also been involved in setting out the layout of the new Event Centre, and designing a subdivision around this building.

Our planners prepared all the resource consent applications and plan changes for this development. Many complex planning issues needed to be addressed, including heritage, building design and soil contamination issues. Our applications were processed quickly and smoothly by Council, with no changes needed to the development.
