This week’s #fromthefieldfriday comes from Blake and Ryan, who have spent the week in the breathtaking Chatham Islands!
They’ve been busy conducting aerial surveys of the quarries on the island to calculate the amount of rock that has been removed, stockpiled, and how much is remains for future mining. These surveys are crucial for maintaining the 180km of roads on the Chathams, most of which are unsealed.
