The Aotea Subdivision in Porirua is hard to miss. Sitting above Porirua harbour it has a significant role in the city’s growth. Have you ever driven past and wondered what goes into building a subdivision of this size?
We’re proud to work on the Aotea development, helping build a new community. In October, a group of nine surveyors spent just under three days on-site laying out the new boundaries for the latest stage of this significant housing development.
Scrub, gorse and rock-hard ground conditions made it a challenging job, but by working in teams of two, and in our wider group we got the job done, and had a bit of fun along the way.
