Kapiti Views, 62-lot subdivision, Waikanae
We were the main surveying, engineering and planning contractors for the 62-lot Kapiti Views subdivision in Waikanae.
For this site, we designed comprehensive earthworks and stormwater systems to reduce the risk of flooding. The new roading and reserve areas help to improve access and amenity in the subdivision.
The first stage of 29 lots has successfully been completed, and the next stage is in progress.
