Each year the Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce hosts the annual ‘Wellington Region Business Hall of Fame’ awards. Last month was the fourth year this event has taken place, and Cuttriss Consultants were delighted to attend and celebrate with local businesses committed to excellence.
At Cuttriss we think it is important to recognise longevity in business. It shows commitment and passion for what you do and that resonates with us as it aligns with Cuttriss’ core values.
“The aim of the Wellington Region Business Hall of Fame is to recognise and celebrate significant contributions by businesses to the economic and social fabric of our region,” says Helen Down, Hutt Valley Chamber of Commerce CEO.
This year eight inductees were chosen from 16 nominated businesses from right across the Wellington region. All inductees are very deserving of being a part of the Hall of Fame, and Cuttriss team members had a great evening celebrating the success of these businesses.
To be inducted into the Wellington Region Business Hall of Fame, businesses are nominated by the business community and are independently researched and judged. The judges look for evidence that businesses have not only developed a long-term sustainable business but have been successful in adapting to change in their industries.
