We are pleased to announce that Elliott is now an Accredited Commissioner.
Elliott has passed the “Making Good Decisions Programme” which provides certification for Resource Management Act decision makers. This affords Elliott the opportunity to sit as an independent commissioner and assist Council’s when they are required to appoint a hearing panel. Independent commissioners can assist with making decisions on resource consent applications, notice of requirements, plan changes, notified policy statements or objection hearings.
We are looking forward to supporting Elliott with this opportunity to work as an independent commissioner and are delighted that this accreditation is now part of Elliott’s technical skillset.
